Yippppppeeee. I started Spring Quaker Sal with you. But I’m so slow I kinda of quit posting progress. We are almost at the same place. I’m traveling right now but when I get home I’ll post my progress. ❤ also thank you for your Mira videos. I started Christmas Fairy. You and Erica have encouraged me to make a start.

Yes, I could definitely be enticed to start another Quaker with you. I've already started Treasure Island with you and also about half through the Summer Quacker. I find it very 'potato chippy' (a term I haven't heard in the Flosstube world, but definitely in my knitting circles - meaning, I'll just do one more row, just one more section, one more motif, just one more color change). So, yes, I'm on board with the Winter Quaker when it is released!

I'd be really up for the Autumn Quaker SAL 🍁🍂💃 I am still working on my Summer Quaker of course and I was planning to start the Spring Quaker when I am done, but Autumn sounds great and it would match the season better! I can postpone a bit the Spring Quaker. Also I wanted to say that your Jane Hopkins project is amazing Thanks for the enjoyable video, looking forward to your next one 🥰🧵🪡

Congratulations! I am happy for you that you met your goal. As to my opinion on how you should move forward, I think you should finish one then start one then stitch more on a middle one, so it can be moved into your end stage and work it like that so you always have 30. Your goal number. I sure hope that made sense.

I have really enjoyed following all your progress on your owl forests. I agree I was hoping for another fairytale or book too. I have nowhere near as much progress as you though. I thought maybe a spin the wheel app would be good for you. New start, early stage, mid stage, nearly finished and wild ♦️♠️❤☘️

Love this video, and congrats of completing the 10/10/10 goal. Personally, I would pick one or two from each category to work on for a set time maybe two weeks, or however long feels right for you, and see where they are by the end. (finished or moving to a new category) It would give me structure and freedom to move along without the pressure to get one of those big projects out of the started category right away.

Love your Treasure Island. So exciting to see your progress and so close to the end. I, too, have 100 owls - and am very tempted to begin it. What linen are you thinking of using.? Your Miras are lovely. I can admire all of your fancy ladies - without wanting to stitch them. 😂 You could also look at the size of your Wips - and try to get them evenly spread out as well. I wouldn't start any large ones until you move one of them into the middle group.

I want to start 100 Owls as well - I have been contemplating it for a while now!! Oh, if only we could start ALL the things. I am working on the Lila Crow SAL and will be starting The Frosted Pumpkin SAL in May. Your 46-count piece is lovely, but you are brave to stitch on that!

Such a joyful video! I have so many comments for you … congrats on your Quaker progress, both of them! I bought Lila’s Autumn Quaker last month and currently have no plans to start it so I would love to join your Autumn start-a-long, it’ll be my first Lila’s 😊 And you mentioned you’re kitting up 100 Owls. I recently started it and haven’t had too much progress. I look forward to your inspiration and motivation when you do start it. One more thing, my input for your next 10/10/10 goal … knowing many of your starts are so large, maybe hold off on adding more starts and work on bumping two or so for each category. Try to separate your BAPs 😅 I look forward to keeping up with your journey! Take care :)

Test your 2 over 2 on a scrap piece of another brand/dyer of the 36 count linen. That will give you confidence that it will work on Fiber on a whim or RoxyCo (or whatever)

I would work on a midway project to get it close to the end stage, work on a start to get to midway, then get a finish in, so you can always rotate in a new start as you have a beginning slot open. So fudging the 10/10/10 a bit but it’s in the spirit of what you were aiming for I think.

What about starting a set of smalls? Maybe instead of sets of ten, you could do sets of five. Then you would have some little things to work on if you need a break from the big projects.

Congratulations on reaching your goal! I think now you need to just keep moving things along and as you finish a larger project, start a larger project and as you finish a smaller project, start a smaller project. Or don’t worry about it for a while and just enjoy! Thank you for the inspiration that is always so evident in your videos. I re-joined my EGA chapter after many years of being away…I was actually at the very first meeting of this chapter in the 90s!

Hi Samantha, I enjoyed your video as always you are a joy to watch and listen too. 🩵🩷🩵My opinion re your projects: if I had sorted mine out like you have at various stages of progress, I would always like to be working on 2 from each group. That way you finish 2 move the 2 middle and 2 beginning stages, so you can then start new ones. Unless you’re trying to make it smaller than 30 but I’m sure you’re itching to start new ones. I wish I could do that, I’m all over the place 😄😄

Hi Samanntha! Would you ever consider doing a 100 Owls SAL? I just kitted that up and I'm looking for some buddies to stitch it with. I love Owl Forest Embroidery projects, but this one intimidates me as it's definitely one of the largest projects I've ever attempted. In terms of your method of managing your WIPS, I love the idea of starting with one finish, then working to get a middle project into the "end zone", then working on a beginning project into the middle, and then a NEW START! Then rinse and repeat. What do you think of that? ~Beth

Hi Samantha, As always, thank you for sharing all of your stitching progress. Your videos are so enjoyable to watch. Your Mira’s and Quakers are so beautiful. I love Quakers and have stitched several, but have not yet stitched any by Lila’s Studio. I also enjoy Owl Forest designs and have four in the WIP stage. Their next SAL starts this Friday and I should not start it as I have a total of 21 WIPs currently, but I have the floss and fabric and will start Mushrooms and Toadstools because I want to! Happy stitching. 😊

The Spring Quaker is so beautiful. I think you should finish a couple of your WIP's and then I would start a couple of new ones but small ones so you can move those faster into the middle stage so that is my opinion for you. I love seeing your Summer Quaker because I will be starting mine in August so I can enjoy yours until then. I have Autumn Quaker in my Wish List on 123 Stitch. I want to see how Summer Quaker is for me to stitch on before I buy the Autumn Quaker. I can not wait to see the Winter Quaker. I am sure it is going to be beautiful. So I may be buying both Quakers at one time when the Winter one comes out. Happy Stitching.
