Congrats on the first finish of many! I didn't realize how good of a dry eraser a cat's butt was. Always learning something new. 🤣 Enjoy your videos whenever they come out for however long they are. Thanks for the video.

I'm also stitching the Christmas ABC and I really have a hard time reading the chart as well. It's very small and it seems to have been printed lightly. I may take it to a copy shop and make enlarged copies to work from. Have you ever done that?

May Gnome for the win! Looks aaadorable! I too graduated in 1997 from h.s.. Fun factoid, Leslie Anne Ivory is a HAED artist, though that specific design isn't on there. You could look on that one as HAED adjacent and then reward yourself with one of her HAED charts for finishing it? I'm still a bit shocked at 15 HAED artists being retired like they were. I think the Gnome replacement chart is darling and gives me motivation to finish the 4 pages. I'm curious if you went ahead and got the rainbow dragonz while they offered it to the SAL participants? (no shade either way, I had decided it would irritate me if i didn't get it, so I did) I got a bit derailed in my plan to work on the Cat as I decided I wanted a Leap Day start . . . then 4 for each of the 4 years . . . then 12, 1 for each of the Leap Days I had lived through. I did temper that by putting the HAED SAL as one of them. But I went with 12 total new HAEDs this year, with the goal to finish them by Leap Day 2028.

Update. Just saw it online on Facebook Haed page. what is the name/artist of the SAL chart that was subbed out for the Sheena Pike design? I'm not part of the SAL so I don't have access to that facebook page, but I would be interested in seeing the design. I looked on the HAED website and I can't find anything there. Thanks!

It’s a lavendar gnome from a series that Michele is charting and it’s really cute!
