Are you using a ball point needle? I'm trying to understand your technique. Do you have a link to a video on how to get started with this technique? Also, in the video you are only doing half stitches. At what point do you go back and do the other half of the cross stitch? I do like your laying tool! Your stitches look so nice!

Great video...can I ask where you bought your laying tool at?? I also use 2 strands of floss and strive for neater stitches. I have been using a small crochet hook as my laying tool but this looks awesome 👌 . Also love how you thread a needle ..will have to.practice that technique ...ive tried Mrs Karens on the Needlebug but doesn't work.for me. Tired.of using a threader...takes too much time 🤣😂. On to your next video 🥰

Hi. The laying tool is called a trolley needle and I bought It from needlecraft. I only use it when using quite long threads, it works great. I'll be uploading a new video soon showing how I thread a needle without a needle threader. Thankyou so much for your comment and for watching my videos. I hope you enjoy them. I will be doing more soon and they will hopefully get better and better as I get more experience recording myself. Happy stitching xx
