Preliminary sparring seem to indicate that the unterhau from ward 4 cut, followed by Ward 5 thrust and then a forward shield-slug landing is the most effective sequence of the flow. After a successful knock, u attack whichever opening presented with the final ward 6 thrust, and withdraw with a langort parry against any afterblow

Maybe you should make a video about it.

@@BladeFitAcademynah, I'm just a nobody in my school. If u ever drop by Singapore, do consider coming to Bastion HFA for exchange.

I see the value of the transitions from Wards 1 to 4. However, cutting thru to the left side and then having to transition to Ward 5 is extremely inefficient. My recommendation is to cut thru to the right side into long tail, and stepping forward or backward before the transition is fully complete.

I suppose you could make that work. The way I've structured it is to practice a parry to the outside. It has saved my bacon a time or two having that in muscle memory.

@@BladeFitAcademy ah! I see. Then given I.33's intention to defend yet attack at the same time, how about doing ur version of Ward 4 cut, then firing an Unter into Ochs for the parry(with attack to the hand) to the outside, and rotating down into long tail? After which, followed by Ward 5 covered thrust to the ribs. I know it feels like mixing in Bolognese S&B but I think this sequence will flow very well and should work in actual sparring too. I will try it out asap when I have Freeplay, and update outcome.
