@@DrangeDragRacingTeam1967 Its actually not that loud. When the engine is warm its hardly noticeable but when you get it up in the revs past 3000 it really screams. Its good all around and it wasnt too expensive either.

Yeah thats one thing I do like about them. They are relatively loud when you want and not so much when you dont want them to be.

Yeah it has a very deep sound which is what I like. Its not raspy or poppy except a little when decelerating. Its a really good system. I told my friend who has a 2020 5.0 to look into it. Ive been nothing but pleased with it. I dont need the whole city to know im driving like some exhausts do.

It might, but remember these Flowfx are straight through. It might help lower it a little kinda like a resonator but its not designed for that so it may not. Its worth a shot though. If it doesnt work maybe you can return them and look for a different solution.

Aside from cost I found that the flow fx are loud but likely not as loud as the others. The flow fx also seems to have a lower overall pitch with a good gurgle.

@@jjramos46 thank you, I like the tone of the Flow FX and I do think they're pretty close to the SLP Loudmouth 2 in sound sound characteristics. Maybe similar to the Borla XR1s as well!

At cold startup it is loud but as the car warms and the revs drop its actually not bad at all. I didnt want an obnoxiously loud system and its definitely not. Once warm its not bad at all.

You know, I think it would sound good. Definitely not as deep but it would still sound strong. Especially if you put on some headers and cats to go with them.

I just put in headers this week and I did not see resonators. But I have not removed any.

It does drone at 2000 but ive gotten used to it its not horrible and I rarely drive at that range anyway. Im almost always running above 2000.

Yeah, the only thing I removed was the mufflers.

I agree. Its really a perfect exhaust. Its loud but not too loud and gives some rumble and gurgle but with little popping.

I suppose it depends on the state you live in. For the most part as long as you have cats you should be ok though. I have shorty headers with stock cats and the flowfx.

Do you mean stock as in the engine? If so yes. I looked at the mbrp also but felt the flow fx sounded better. Had a little more of a low pitch in my opinion which I like. I dont like alot of high pitch or popping. The flow fx does neither which I like.
