PLEASE READ:
Fanvideo for Siviosanei's amazing Flowerfell AU. The first part closely follows the fic "Overgrowth" by Leviticusarts, so you should probably read that first, otherwise you won't understand most of this! The short summary is that it's like Underfell, except every time Frisk dies, a flower grows on their body.
NOT canon with The Last Reset.

AUTHOR'S NOTES
Wow! This is my very first fanvideo for anything ever and it's been a wild ride! To be honest, I'm so glad to be done with it, I've been working on this since the middle of January! :'D
All in all, it consists of over 130 single images and I gotta say I'm pretty proud of myself to have managed to do such a big project. :) As you can probably see (lol), my art is still far from the level I want to be at, but this video has given me the chance to try out many new things and that was awesome! Of course, you can also probably see that my style changed throughout the video... sorry about that... v__v
About the contents of this video: I really loved Leviticusarts' fic and then also fell in love with Siviosanei's lovely art ^w^ I was listening to music when this song came on and I thought it would be the PERFECT fit for this AU. And then I thought - well why not, might as well give vidding a try. And now here we are. XD

This is the ending Flowerfell Frisk deserves. This AU was emotional and tragic canonically, but the story is compelling and reminds me everyday to be kind and remember to love those still in my life or ever have been in my life. Remember that we only have one chance, and I wont waste it hating nor scheming. I will try to befriend everyone

about nine months ago, I heard about flowerfell and I read it. Like everyone else I cried hysterically at the end, but what sealed the deal was watching this animation IMMEDIATELY after reading the AU. Let me tell you, I had never cried that hard in my life.

Dude. This is beautiful! You did an amazing job with this, especially with the art. I also really like how you made the ending. It almost seemed like Sans was going to move on and I almost thought you were going to end this in a cliffhanger when the music stopped and the screen went black. The ending was a pleasant surprise. It's certainly different from other fan comics do (not to say that they're terrible) which is refreshing to see.

I first saw this video around 3 years ago. It’s so nostalgic and sad at the same time. So much has changed in my life since I last saw this video, but it still gives the same feelings it gave then. I barely knew what I wanted to do with my life and this was my comfort video of sorts haha. Now I’m almost in college and having to chose a path, and I find myself right back here. normally I never cry when watching a video, much less one without dialogue... but seeing sans break down on the surface broke down my own walls and made me cry. I never do this, and I'm not heartless, but only this one has touched and pulled on my feels to make me cry.

Basically, the flowers that were growing all over Frisk's body were draining the energy from her/him, thus causing them to die (I think that's how it works Idk)

THIS IS HOW FRISK DIED IN FLOWERFELL AND THE EFFECTS ON OTHER CHARACTERS AND ON THE SETTING. The flowers overtook their body, to the point where they couldn't walk, talk, or see. This made it hard for Frisk to live their life. The monsters needed another soul to break the barrier, and they came up with a plan that was risky for Sans' health. Instead, Frisk offered their soul to Asgore. Sans begged Frisk not to, but they convinced Sans that it would be better if he lived a fulfilled life on the surface, rather than taking the chance of Sans dying, and Frisk living a worse life than before. They convinced Sans that they wouldn't have the determination to go through life, considering their situation, if he were gone. Sans is then sad for a while, until Papyrus starts showing some sympathy and emotion towards him, and Frisk begins appearing in his dreams and they communicate. But then, Sans becomes depressed again because he realizes they're just dreams. But Frisk convinces him to stay determined... To me this is why Flowerfell is the most depressing of all AU's XD

No, it isn't. This ship is the reason why the creator deleted it. In this AU Frisk is a kid and Sans an adult. But people started trying to make it canon and created art ship and fanfic. So the creator deleted. They were just friends....
