Remember when Rugby's best player Jared Hayne went to the NFL to play for the San Francisco 49ers. Every rugby fan swore he was more conditioned, stronger because they don't wear pads. ok, he has a decent PRESEASON. Just for general knowledge, that type of heavy bag hitting that Mayweather does is to improve/maintain form and mechanics of punch, not to showcase power. It also minimizes chances of doing undue harm to your fists in the lead up to a big fight. It's the same with his mittwork, it's testing and keeping his reflexes sharp, not to show how hard he hits. Hope that clarified things! Here's to an entertaining curiosity!

I don't even like Mayweather but I will say that UFC isn't the same as boxing. UFC does a little of everything while Boxing is just one area of focus. Its like a generalist vs a specialist. For someone to think they can train for a bit and beat an expert in their field is disrespectful and idiotic. But McGregor wins either way.

You've obviously never sparred or been in a gym. Half of the point of sparring is basically practicing certain things. That's why you see a lot of fighters seeming like they're getting tagged and pressured in sparring when in fact they're practicing soaking up pressure. Here he is clearly sparring to work on the inside though. People get hit a lot in sparring because the whole point is to tune up on the mistakes but also because they're not focused on certain aspects, i.e jabs coming from the outside if they're basically sparring just to do inside work.

That is nice but the fact is he got hit, the whole argument is that conor can't touch him but right there he gets hit multiple times against a no name boxer. Maybe that applies to noral boxers sparring but Floyd the p4p #1 fighter the guy who never gets hit got hit pretty often by a no name he would purposefully get hit if he could avoid it . Conor is a "no name" in boxing either, and it's stupid to think a great boxer never gets hit... It's the art of hitting your opponent as much as you can, and not getting hit much yourself, impossible to never get hit at all... Floyd masters that art, Conor is gonna get embarassed in the ring, its what he deserves though and he gets enough money for it ;-) A good lesson for all those people thinking a strong mma fighter could actually pull this off... He wouldn't even beat an average pro probably, how would he beat the number 1... Conor has no chance at all, or only a very, very lucky punch, his boxing technique is nothing compared to Floyd, this is literally a boxing champ against a rookie, and will be fun to watch :)

Wow ..... Conor in his head. I sense doubt, and that's very strange coming from Floyd. Perhaps he'll be able to correct it, no one gets to where he's gotten with a frail mentality, but it's there. I'm quite confident when I see something in someone, and I see doubt. It's in his voice, in his words, he even carries it as he walks... Trust me, I have a great eye for interpreting body language. When the body feels something, it shoots out of every pore. The man is doubting himself. I don't why though, it's insane. Conor is no joke as an opponent. His mentality seems to intimidate nearly everyone he faces. His confident self-assured larger than life attitude/persona seems to shrink all those who stand next to him, athletic abilities aside! It's uncanny.

VERY bad signs from floyd: Why the reassuring nes self "if I have a bad sparring session, if I get hurt" Uusually it is no one can touch me and I am the best he has never ever said he will get hurt in the ring nor has he ever said he has had a bad day of training, he knows for sure he isn't not where he used to be but he wants to reassure himself that he can still do it when it is time. Secondly, he got hit clean with the jab, his shoulder didn't work against the sparring partner he didn't time it properly and he got hit and at the end he was getting hit moving backwards. One clean hit from conor and he is hurt if not ko'd. Finally in another video floyd has lost his abs has belly fat now and he was grimacing when they took off his glove and was holding and looking at his hands, he is not in shape like he was and his hands still hurt him. Lorel Latorilla I predicted the 2nd fight that he would win by decision and then he would KO Eddie in the 2nd round (Last 2 fights). His lost to Diaz had a lot to do with him putting on weight in a short time also Conor didn't have enough time to prepare. When Conor has enough time to prepare his chances of winning are way higher.

first off, I am a huge conor fan and hope he does the impossible an pulls this off. but if you notice conor's stance, its very wide and low. he put's torque on every punch. this puts a lot of stress on the legs. look at foyd's stance. hes bouncing around on his toes, quick. he's not throwing everything into each punch. conor has been know to tire in previous fights. people praise him for "overcoming" this in the diaz II fight. a fight that was primarily a 25 minute boxing match, with some clinch work. a fight in which he was gassing badly in the 3rd, but gutted it out. if it goes the distance, conor will be in a 36 minute boxing match with Floyd. only difference is, conor will have the size on Floyd, just as diaz had the size on conor. I just think cardio is going to be a serious issue for him. I think he needs to shorten his stance. he doesn't need to worry about the takedown and it wont gas his legs. but what the hell do I know, I'm no mma fighter. WAR MCGREGOR!!!!!!!!
