Silence is complicity. That is where I have such a problem. How can fellow officers defend and stay silent about this abuse. Anyone who stands by, lies should be charged too I know you need to be able to trust those you work with in jobs like these but; to defend murder or abuse by officers is taking it too far.

Agreed. He could have come off with the usual, "My hands are tied. It's not up to me. Etc." He didn't. He made his feelings known. On the record. On live TV. With the FBI involved, they would have jurisdiction, I'd assume? As Chief, CAN he even arrest another officer w/out Federal authority? The DA, FBI &/or WHOMEVER make the decision need to 💩 or get off the 🚽!!!

Before I respond (so you don't get the wrong idea) I am on your side. Mr. Floyd did not show signs of suffocation during the preliminary examination.. He had preexisting medical conditions. I wouldn't be surprised to see evidence that suggests the stress he was put in caused medical emergency due to those conditions leading to his death. WHAT REALLY STANDS OUT TO ME is that Mr. Floyd became unresponsive, an attending officer couldn't find a pulse, yet the officer STILL kept his knee on the back of his neck for almost 3 minutes AFTER that.

If I remember correctly, the total time was a 8 minutes and 53 seconds, so about 9 minutes. After about 7 of those minutes, Floyd either died or passed out.

@@VvImpalervV that is exactly what makes me think this is premeditated and that these two had bad blood for each other somewhere at some point it was known that they worked at the same Club as bouncers so there could be a connection as for all the looters and rioters I hope they get convicted as well we need policy changes within our government not looters and rioters trying to tell us what to do
