WOW. I am blown away by the well-thought-out design of this place. It's artfull appearance and match to the environment make it special. Evident that much thought put into how every space will be utilized. So love that its designed to enjoy inside and outside environments day and night! Great that it's designed keeping your family in mind. Indoor and outdoor pools...hot tub...custom artwork. Love the bears. So much investment in every environment detail and amenity. Even a late hour market. This is truly a destination resort/retreat and vacation all in one. Great video too. Thank you. Enjoyed it.😅

Thanks KrissyLizzy! We are not trying to be "the best" but simply do the best in all we do with the time we have available. We have encountered other vloggers that are on the territorial/competitive side of things, and we just don't ever want to go down that road. lower - lower middle class maybe but upper middle - upper can easily afford this and will most likely be sold out like their other expensive hotel. unfortunate but that’s just how it is

but also you get what you pay for. if you’re in this area and pay less than 250 a night you’re probably gonna get a really crap hotel 😔

How exciting to be the first family there! Can’t wait for our girls trip next year! You mentioned the “gourmet marshmallows“ are they going to have vegan marshmallows, that you know of? I love how the kids are so into every adventure! Can’t wait to see the video on the in-depth talk to the head chef as both my best friend and I have dietary needs that need to be addressed! Thank you so much for all the details, and bringing the adventure in the smoky mountains to us outside of the area. You really made me fall in love with the great Smoky Mountain area.

Yes thank you for showing, my daughter says we are staying there next year instead of a cabin. Not worried about the price because we spend right much on a cabin for a week, God Bless

Thanks Connie! We have more videos coming out showing more details of Ember & Elm's breakfast & dinner. I did get conflicting information on the freestyle machine & using a season long cup, but the consensus was yes. The website says you can use them at the theme park, water park & dreammore. I believe it just needs to be updated on the website & all the staff caught up to speed that you can use it there as well. Hope this helps!

I really like the decor of Heartsong. I love the smoky mountain theming and the pictures in the elevators are amazing. How does the food compare to Hearth and Song? If you had only 1 choice which of the 2 restaurants would you puck to eat at? When wexare down in January we will have to check it out if we have time. I really liked all the fires and the bear lights. This is a kind of place I would enjoy staying at. Thanks for sharing it with us. 😊

We are staying there in December and we're curious to know if they have apps like Netflix and Disney+? Does their TV have an HDMI port for a PS5? Got a child with special needs so we need these things to accommodate her. Thanks.

Hey SoCalReeder! I tried to show all the channels briefly, we didn't notice any apps as far as being a smart TV. I would guess you could plug in a firestick type device and change the channel input, though we unfortunately didn't try that. We mostly come and stay in the smokies 2 or 3 x a yr for a week and can not afford places like this but I think I am going to have to try and cut some expenses and stay at least 1 night here

You mentioned in one video about a debate between getting a dog or a cat. Look at it this way, a cat is less work. They don’t have to be walked and they groom themselves. 😂

I think because it is so close to closing for the season as DreamMore’s pool will be, they just opted to just operate the indoor pool at this time.

Are there any games/activities in the lobby? My 6 year old loves the checkers at the Dreammore but I'm not seeing it in the video at the Heart Song.

This was opening day, I would assume they will have those out on the tables if they haven't already yet. The back porch area would have them which is where they do a lot of camp DW activities.

Having stayed at DreamMore many times, I have to say that this new one looks a bit unfinished and underwhelming. The decor is minimalist at best.

Yep. The room was not impressive for being a newly built suite (mini suite?). Also, the rest looked like a work in progress and my grandkids would be quickly bored at that playground.

As I mentioned in the video this is still essentially a soft opening preview as they were still doing final touches adding additional signage & will be opening the convention side soon. It is a more relaxing building than DreamMore to us.

Not many can afford the 400 plus a night . We got 100 a night at different lodge and free breakfast lol who is in there room much anyway .

Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort may not make our top 10 Pigeon Forge budget stays, but it would make our #1 most convenient place to stay for anyone going to Dollywood.

Back we stayed at dream more it was 169 a night for 4 guess , room was small but nice . Now it’s way up in price , it’s just I would rather sped money on doing things that 3 times what is need for a room that we’re in to sleep

@@bobtichenor7809 I can understand it won’t be in everybody’s budget. There’s a lot of great benefits for anybody planning to go to Dollywood like free timesaver passes & water park tickets. Great off-season rates too!
