I’ve tried MANY cupcake recipes and they have all been lacklustre but this is amazing! I just got my first stand mixer and just tries the egg and sugar thing and I couldn’t believe my eyes as I saw how thick I was! The way you mixed in the flour and egg mixture is a good method ( make sure you scoop al, the way DOWN when I put my flour in it sunk to the bottom). Thank you soooooo much for this, automatic sub. I can’t recommend this enough. ( I’m in intermediate and I love baking so I made this for my friends birthday party and she LOVES it). There was still some batter left over when I did my own scooping the cupcakes into the tray so my family got to have some. :) I noticed that a few minutes after I put them in the oven, they were already developing some brown at the top so I turned way down too cook the insides properly. I turned it down to 150 degrees for roughly the same amount of time

The method of cup cake making is worth trying .Looks quite detectablle & will surely bake .The cake making & baking itself is a stress buster and trying to make is learning new methods of making cup cakes as well as various variety of cakes.

@@namn. time stamp *@**3:15** - says 350 F (175 C)* - - But I looked up a conversion that said 350 F = 180 C, regular oven, 160 C in a fan oven. Maybe the creator decided to go in between!

@@Luna.3.3.3 hey how long you baked them at 160? My oven is convection fan oven too, I baked at 160 for only 20 mins. They rise beautiful but after taking out of oven for few mins, they got wrinkles on top. I’m not sure if I underbaked them?
