tl;dr: well yes but actually no. Yeah, Singapore is Authoritarian. while you are correct that italian fascism has it's roots in marxism, but mussolini was kicked out of Italy's socialist party for being to war hungry which was when his views changed to a more hardline authoritarian stance.fascist states use their military state to target "The Other", be it the disabled, races, sexual orientation, and political opposition. They were Corporitist which opposes socialist ideals. essentially, Mussolini thought Marx had the right ideas, but disagreed with his views in favor of his more right leaning authoritarian views.

@@nathanielranney9163 Under Mussolini there was a type of 'syndicalism' which would indicate a semi left-wing economics. The Right-wing is more aligned to think in terms of hierarchies - i.e. the boss is above the employee (separation of powers). Leftists are more for collectivist powers. What you refer to in saying "right leaning authoritarian views" is to give the executive its dues in terms of power OVER that of the people's collective singular will. In my opinion the Marxist-styled Leftist is more likely to doom society as it collectively elects a singular power that is SUPPOSE TO represent the people -- however it ends up acting as a dictatorship who will force social conformity to artificially boost majority support for majority optics sake. We see the problem with *some Leftists today with "cancel culture" used to force majority agreement. Mussolini used "the brown shirts." Example of Right-wing Dictators: Napoleon Bonaparte and his idea of being Emperor, and bringing back the ancient church institutions separate to government powers. Vladimir Putin may also be seen as Right-wing since he is often referring to ancient Czarist history, and at times the Orthodox church. Russia however is still pretending to be "Democratic" and is by no means truly Right-wing until it drops its pretenses.

really is one of the best currently to see live, saw him at turning stone casino in NY in the Adirondacks he was so funny and stayed over an hour past the scheduled time to drink and joke with us! What a nice guy! Fluffy rocks.
