Intrinsic flours present naturally in protein that produce fluorescence when coming back to it's ground state. Not all the macro molecules have these fluors, for that some extrinsic fluors (artificially added fluors) have been used.

Energy is more while absorbing so less wavelength n Les while emitting so more wavelength.. Coz energy is invrrsly proportional to lamda

It's a property of fluorescent molecules that they absorb light of shorter wavelength and emit the light of longer wavelength.
