This Fluorescent to LED conversion is very easy if you use the double ended LED bulbs, First turn the power off to he fixture you're working on, simply remove the ballast - seperate the wires left side and right side, and connect one side to Neutral and the other to Line (power) ground to fixture frame, its that simple , any questions I'll be happy to answer, thanks for watching and good luck
