No bro the displayed app name is not as what you set in google console, 7:00 || 20:00 and I don't think the App Name has any such convention as keeping it small letter. From my experience the google_sign_in package takes the app icon and app name from your app itself. Only if you decide to use it in web or other platform it might take it from console.
