Full watch here. I know what your favorite color is now, lol. That lava rock must hold a decent amount of BB. 👍 I've always liked maintenance videos.

@@PriceTagAquariums Thank you for watching. Lava rock holds a lot of bacteria it’s in almost every canister filter I have. It will also collect Detritus as well

Hi..I had one mother of an air lock..how frustrating…I tried those polishing pads..not a good idea..my 90g cichlid had that clogged in no time..this clean out I took them out and had a lot better start up …but oh yea when they work ..it’s awesome 😎👍
@HappyPlaceAquatics13 күн бұрын
I have a couple of them running and I have zero issues so far. I wanted people to see that they do start up and shut off when you first start them up.

Those sponges needed a good rinse with all that sludge built up reducing water flow. You can also add a water polishing pad instead or with the round black sponge. I could hardly hear the last bit so i have to go with coral not red 😂😂

Dude the FX6 stops to purge air everytime you restart it then does it every 12 hrs after that. It's working perfectly 🤦♂️
