Our Beamo laser was leaving terrible burn marks on the cutting setting. It would engrave fine but cutting was terrible. After trouble shooting and talking to other users we replaced the air pump which solved our problem. The replacement only took about 5-10 minutes and doesn't require any tools other than the allen wrench it comes with. Though I would recommend a piece of foam tape or a Mr Clean's magic eraser, or something similar.
