Today Cody and I Hit the clinch to wade and fly fish. The Forecast Is Rain With no signs of stopping.
We get on a few good looking Rainbow trout!

Noticed you were in the water with it running over the weir dam…was it hard to access like that? You actually made me pull the trigger and I’m going in the morning even though they’re running one generator. I haven’t been in forever!! 😂

The water was actually going down in this video. I wouldn’t recommend fishing when they’re running full. I’d wait till after 3 if you’re going to wade. If you do go I went out today and saw some orange scuds floating around.

Is this with one or two generators? Everyone says not to wade with even one on but this looks pretty good to me

This is one generator . But keep in mind that in this specific spot the water is spread out. And they’re some really deep holes. You just have to know the river. If you go by the jail in Clinton it’s pretty spread out also. Just be careful

It actually looks like the water is on its way down but still kinda shady to walk out that soon. I fish this spot all the time, it’s my go-to.
