Fly Fishing Vermont - Trophy Trout in the Black River

Where in Vermont is this? Is the whole river accessible or only certain holes?

@@ReelandRidgeExpeditions Nice fish but the need to wrestle them for a photo op is too much? Especially when you see scales floating away. They may swim away but may not recover especially after damaging slime/scales.
