My dad used to sing this to me as a baby. I never realized how much a song meant to me until now. Not only did grow up with music but it’s a huge part of my life. I was never a very social kid in school, I would always get made fun of for the things I couldn’t change. It made me think terribly about myself, the way I dress, my personality, and just the person I was......My dad, the only person who made me feel good, would sing this song. He was not just saying that he’ll be with me forever but I’ll eventually find love. A love that will keep me safe. So when he passes.... I’ll have someone to go too.

Yesterday I sang this song for my friend who diagnosed with brain cancer. And he didn't make it, he passed away in the same day... It is really heart breaking news for me. I still can't believe that he is no more but I believe that he is there with me all his memories will keep me alive 😭 with this beautiful song !!!! 😭😭😭😭

My ex dedicated this to me once and then she sang it to me on our 1 year anniversary. Still the best relationship I've had. I was struck with memories when it came on in squid game. I really miss her even though she left me for another guy. I know all things have an end but I was hoping that thing at least had a good one. I was wrong. Edit: A month after I posted that comment I found out she is now pregnant. I was happy for her but then she tried to get in contact with me. I think she was trying to apologize. I really didn't wanna talk to her but I would never wanna be an a**hole to her either by dodging her. She came out about her pregnancy with the guy she left me for. I liked her post about the pregnancy and then blocked her for good as to say that I am happy she got the family she wanted but that I didn't wanna be connected anymore. I haven't looked back since.

I know how you feel man my girl left me but once I heard this song the memories just came up I actually dropped a tear I wish we could still be together tho that was the best relationship i ever had everything I do to get over her it just doesn’t work I gave her my heart and now I can’t love anymore and yes as you said all things come to an end because nobody is forever everybody will leave at some point in your life I get but why did it have to end that way it still has me crying at night sometimes but yea have a great rest of the day or night tho I hope your get better.

your voice sounds like honey and soft pink feathers and candied butterfly wings. almost like a sunshower and purple waves. this cover sounds very yellow and pink and a little green (i hear colors and process things differently because something is wired wrong in my brain)

Yep, I have a different kind, that's how I recognized what it was; I see colors in different letters, numbers, dates, and shapes, and certain numbers and letters have personalities.

Every time I hear this song I feel as if I’m drifting away into an ocean of light and air. Like I’m just wandering in a place of which is nowhere but somewhere at the same time! Like I’ve never seen or had the thing but still this “thing” is what I long for! Like a journey that carries me along a river of words and music! As if I’m looking for something or someone but the only thing that keeps me going is the rhythm that rings in my ear and helps me fall asleep each and every night! It’s a wonderful place this song brings me to. Just a world of gentle peace and careful giants that roam the nights! Like a spirit big and powerful is walking through the night with me on its shoulder! Like I’m exploring an endless empty world with nobody else there but me and the creatures that lerk in the darkness waiting for day to rest and the night to come out so they may dance with the moonlight and sing with the stars! This song reminds me of my great grandmother. 4 days before my birthday, i visited her and we had a wonderful conversation. Im so glad i went and visited that day. She passed the next day and i cant help but be reminded of her every year on my birthday. I miss her so much man
