Mak , you use alot more wraps on the fly than we use in . I'll try your version .

It is ok to use less wraps, more wraps helps float longer :)))

This is my favourite fly and I’ve had cutthroat trout, bull trout, rocky mountain whitefish and arctic grayling with it. I’ve fished it dry and wet, sometimes on the same cast (send it out dry and strip it back and our grayling can’t resist).
