Yes, you need a bios. Look up the flycast installation guide on my channel.

For games such as VR Fighter or DoA, which platform run the games perfectly, DreamCast emulator or Naomi emulator?

The two are practically the same. So it doesn't really matter.

@@n-tertainmentx-tended4760 Thanks, I have tested a DreamCast emulator named Redream, and it is almost 100% perfect for DC games.

@@Leon-zp5zl Virtua Fighter on Dreacast is way uglier than it's arcade counterpart, sadly. But You can emulate model 3 arcade board, if you want to play the arcade original
