I'm Armenian but all my family is from Beirut. When I finally wen to Armenia I really realized how much of our culture/food growing up was actually Lebanese more than Armenian. Lebanon is a wonderful, wonderful nation and graciously gave a good home to Armenians (as did Syria).

I really miss travelling 😣 we still have to stay put in Japan, but as soon as we get vaccinated and Japanese rules for foreigners re-entry ease, I hope to finally visit Armenia for the first time!
