Aegean Airlines are getting a lot of positive feedback, and this flight continues that trend. I must admit Chania is a destination I`d never heard of before, but it looks a very attractive location.

You should try Chania , it 's got amazing beaches, a lovely old-town, and amazing food..If you can drive, explore the fantastic caribbean-like beaches of Balos and Elafonissi..you will be amazed.. they are a bit far,2hrs drive but worth..close to Chania you will find plenty of equally nice beaches like Marathi, Kalathas,Agia Marina etc..There are a lot of direct euro flights to Chania, low-cost and not, and if you are from the States you can either fly via ATH or via LHR with BA

@@plutoamor It sounds truly beautiful. I`m located in Australia, but when I travel to Europe again I would love to visit these places. It also has historical significance as my father served with the allied forces in Crete during World War 2.

It’s an economy short flight :) This year I’m doing a mixture of economy and business class reviews. I can tell you though that I really enjoyed this flight. Excellent views, nice aircraft and free drinks and snack, what else do you need?

Awesome flight report.Really enjoyed it.You know that you flew with Cleisthenes,a great ancient Greek politician.Chania airport is a mixed airport.From one side is the political one and from the other the military NATO shared base.
