Big kudos to Sis for having the courage to do something she is so clearly uncomfortable with, says a lot about her. She also trusts her brother implicitly. The view out the side window of the airplane at the tanks never gets old, especially now with the new paint. The more I see it the more I realize how much the paint really completely transformed the look of the airplane.

OK, She seemed to do so much better on top of the clouds. My sister is the same way, if not, worse. I took her up here in Denver to do some mountain flying. My sister did pretty good up until we started catching the tiniest mountain wave. After looking at her facial expression I decided to call it quits and turn back around to land at Centennial. Love your videos! I know they take a lot of time to edit.

Two comments. That new 310 livery still blows me away. Best 310 paint I have ever seen. And I continue to be jealous when I see you pass a Hondajet. After a 25 year career at Honda I retired to eastern Maryland and have not yet seen a HJ in person. Much less taken a ride in one. You should take a hop in that one. The cockpit videos I have seen show an incredible aircraft. And efficient as well.

I can feel for your sister. I stopped flying for 20 years due to an 'emergency' that got us nearly not walking off the plane but, I flew again because I love planes, I love flying and I still like turbulence strangely enough lol. There is an element of danger but if you understand your craft, you're halfway there. However, it still amazes me to this day how these machines, especially the bigger commercial craft take off and stay in the air and so is to date, still my passion.

I took a young lady flying that had never been flying before. She was so good on the ground. We started to roll and as soon as we left the ground she grabbed by thigh so hard she left marks. When she realized what she was doing she let go but she was so embarrassed and we had a good laugh. That was a first for me.

It's pretty cool that the controllers talk when they can. I can't say she was less nervous on takeoff but she wasn't more lol She did pretty good enroute. The power of editing probably smoothed it out a bit lol.

She looked calmer on the take off this time, but I could still sense a little tension. The bumps obviously made her nervous when climbing to 9,000’ but she settled down once you got above them. I agree with the other posters that she’s a real trooper and has earned her wings. Spending time with family is priceless and it sounds like y’all had a great time.

Did I mention I had a friend with a 310 way back in the 70s that flew me all over the place cause I loved flying around here in Houston MS? He did. I loved it! He's passed on now. Miss him! We went "bean hopping" in that 310! And!!! "Cotton hopping" as well! About 20 ft off the ground! He was a farmer. 20ft off the ground at 180 knots like a crop duster in a 310! I lived it my 310 pilot friend! God knows I miss those days!! Oh! No digital displays in those days. He had a "radio direction finder" in those days that I, as a radio and TV repairman actually repaired in my shop. Basically it was a car radio on steroids!! I got the thing working perfectly! Loved those days now years ago!! Fly high my friend! Love your sister!! Send her my love! And, tell her that we see her, we appreciate her, we literally love her, and we want her future flying to be enjoyable. Flight time is the key! You ain't flying her enough brother!! It's on you!
