Hello Sir, about the ads on Instagram. A lot of performance marketers use an alternate account to run ads on Instagram and Facebook and hence in this case the account is flomatteressreviews. This is done in order to not impact the reach on the main account. Also about the ad, it is possible to run ads without posting anything because it’s just an account to run ads and the creative (video) can be added from the ad account manager itself. So, I don’t think they have hidden any video, but they haven’t posted it in-fact and are running the ads using the ads manager. P.S.: I am totally against them using the videos and doing IP theft. It’s just to gain more clarity on what is happening.

Gaurav Bhai ek baat batao, aise Ads KZfaq pe Run hote hain aur Google ke through sponsored hote hain aise ads. Google kya sirf Paise banane ke liye hai. Koi Ad related policies nahi hai. Atleast jiska Face aa raha hai uske Face ko detect karke uske paas notify to kar sakta hai Google.

I totally agree with this. I ordered flo mattress in December and they said they will deliver it in 15 days but almost after 1-1.5 months when they didn’t deliver it giving many reasons i said that i will complain about this. Then they gave me refund

Sir what you can do is , just in your bio or About section, list out all the names of brand that you endorse, and keep on updating that list when required. This way all your subscribers and viewers will be automatically updated on what all brands you currently endorse. Thankyou and much love.❤

Because you have funds you can buy another product but many families they don't have sufficient funds to buy a different product if that's don't work properly they trust on you and your words . Probably the best solution is to rely on the advertisement which are posted on the youtuber or influencer channels only not anywhere else. In that situation if anything goes wrong we can held the influencer responsible

It's very simple - please mention the brand name that you are associated with in the description + Instagram bio - hence the viewers will know - if the brand isn't mentioned then that means you are not promoting it
