Welcome back to Japan, today we are heading to a place we've wanted to go see for well over 2 years now - the Mario theme park - Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios in Japan.

Japan has the best customer service in the world, I feel like the characters and workers genuinely love what they do. I had the best experience on my birthday at Disney sea.

The actor in ollivanders wand shop is my brother! He's been there since before covid and I haven't been able to see him or see him perform that role, SO glad you guys were able to and hope you enjoyed it! 🥰

Lovely to see you travelling with Jess’s parents. I have done a few trips with my adult daughters, never all four at the same time, and even been told I wore them out! However, I have never, and will never, do a theme park. To crazy for me.

All of you are adorable but especially hunter. She is a proper little chatterbox just like she should be. But on a more serious note. Thank you for traveling for me I am fully disabled and live in a nursing home. I travel vicariously through you and a few other youtubers so thank-you

Life is better when you share it with family and friends. What incredible memories were made traveling with Jen's Mom, and Dad I would totally be crushed after a day like the one you had at Universal Studios. I think I would also be blown away entering Harry Potter's world too just like Jen's Mom was. Little Hunter will have a huge library full of videos of her life before her baby comes and she can guide them in all the countries of the world. Stephen and Jess, your videos always make me celebrate life with you, from my little office here in Peoria, Arizona. May your lives be filled with happiness, good health, family and continued travels.

The LA one is almost finished. They are building a new Universal park in Orlando called Epic Worlds which will have a different Nintendo world and Harry Potter section. The Epic Worlds park will have rides and attractions not at the Japanese or other Universal parks.

Chatting with Mario and Luigi is totally fun at all. ^^

How lovely that your parents were willing to give a ride a go. I love Stephen's description of the games and challenges within the rides. Reminds me of when you did Star Wars and his description of all the mission, they were great!

Well…I’m Japanese I don’t mean to let you down, but you are not allowed to take off your mask during the ride in Japan and you can’t record the Mario cart ride because of the rights of Nintendo. Many tourists don’t know that so it’s okay, but please remember next time

Do you guys remember many years ago, that you were actually dressed up as zombie Mario and Luigi for Halloween whilst in Ireland?? Yup I have been a subscriber for that long. My 5 year old son is obsessed with Mario, Pokémon, and Sonic the Hedgehog. Looks like Japan theme parks is where we need to take him!! Another fabulous vlog! 😎

After visiting both Nintendo Worlds in Japan and Hollywood, I feel that both parks are better in their own ways. In Japan, there is a lot more different activities to do, with more variety of different foods that are way better than Hollywood's Toadstool Cafe (Except for the Burgers, Hollywood does them better), they also have their own unique headbands which japan's headbands are better, while hollywood's shirts and hats are better. And rides like Mario Kart, compared to Hollywood, takes less time to line up for than in Hollywood. If you are lucky, you can get in to Japan's Nintendo World as early as 7:30am in the morning. However, unlike Hollywood, there are some days where you MUST book a Timed Entry Ticket (Virtual Line) in order to get to the park, and sometimes you must go to a specialized kiosk to book them. Meeting mascots (except Toad) is much stricter, due to the fact that unlike Hollywood, you are not allowed to have your phone to take pictures with mascots, you must stand in a specific position when you meet mascots, you must pose how the mascot poses for pictures, and you must pay 6000 yen for pictures. While in Hollywood, it's just you interacting with the mascot, the staff are allowed to use your phone for picture taking, and you are allowed to greet the mascots with how you like to greet them (plushies). When I met Peach in Japan, the line takes longer compared to Hollywood (30 minutes in Japan). And she would just interact with the staff member every time and only interact with me based on what the staff tells her to do for the first 30 seconds of the meet and greet to fill in that time. When I even tried to greet her with my plushies, she just ignores them. When I met Peach in Hollywood the line is way shorter (2-15 minutes), and she is even willing to get to know more of my different plushies, and with Toadette being her favourite, she would always be happy to hold her and hug her for the picture-taking. The meet and greet is straight to the point and no nonsense.
