Happy Sunday everybody! Hope you are all keeping well and safe during these times! Here is our second episode in our little van life series as we travel around our home state of Western Australia.
First up we give you a full tour of our van that we will be living in whilst Jess is pregnant. before making our way down to a very unique beach - Hamelin Bay in Western Australia where you can see friendly sting rays surf the waves and come right up to you.
As we made our way down to Albany we stopped off in Denmark at a little campsite to make up our bed and head to sleep.
The next morning we woke up bright and early to go down to Little Beach and Two People's bay just outside of Albany to watch the sunrise, go for a drip and make some pancakes. If there's one reason to wake up early in Australia - it's to go see our beautiful beaches.
After setting up camp, showing you a quick tutorial on connecting the water, gas and electricity up to our van, we went for a short walk out to our favourite cafe in Albany - Emu Point Cafe - right on the beach at Emu Point.
We then did a little couples quiz game between us two.
- Who's the better cook?
- Who's the better driver?
- Who takes longer to get ready?
- Who is the funniest in the relationship?
- Who is the tidiest?
- Who is the smarty pants?
The next day we did the big long travel day from Albany all the way out to Esperance.
