your level of detail is fantastic!!!!!!!!!! A++++ professional for sure! I will soon be starting to build this model. Your video is spot on! I wish i was able to get reproduction decal sheet in the US. I think the liquid decal film is the way to go it seemed to firm up the decals nicely. Figure painting is a challenge, Understandable why you did not want to do it, glad you did! turned out Great!

Thanks for your comment! It's a very good kit, so please give it a try. It would be nice if the decals could be applied well.

30年くらい昔はライダーいっぱい発売されていて、それをパテ盛って色んな体型にしたものですが…今はあまりというか殆んど見かけませんね。ゴーグルの内側にペットボトルの曲面を切って張り付ける。お見事！

コメントありがとうございます！このキットは古いみたいですよね～。なんとかゲットできたので、今回製作できました。友人のアドバイスで、ペットボトルを使うアイデアを知りましたよ。

I have the italeri BMW R80 G/S kit but no rider which I am still looking to acquire somehow...I can't find a rider kit anywhere without buying a vintage Tamiya kit which are expensive...AFAIK Italeri bought the kit from Tamiya and now release it in a new package without the rider which is strange if the rider was avaiiable to them...I actually own a real Paris/Dakar R100GS which I have ridden since 1996...and I am still available as the rider!

Thanks for your comment! I think the Italeri kit was 1/9 scale. There doesn't seem to be any rider figure available, so I might have no choice but to make one from scratch.

@@flymanhm Yeah, I thought about a scratch build figure but it's a lot of work.... Hubert Auriol and Gaston Rahier were both really short guys so I could probably use a 1/12 figure for a 1/9 kit....lol
