Here from The Prime Thanatos. I keep hearing songs from FM Attack and going "This song is awesome, I wonder what it is", and find out it's FM Attack. Happened like 3 times now, so I figured it was a sign I should probably subscribe. I'm now sad to see that all their most recent uploads were from over a year ago. Hopefully more will come someday.

This is the first vocal voice I ever heard when I started listening to this beautiful genre of music back in 2010. FM Attack, you'll always be the original to me, I can't wait to grow old and have these become the soundtracks to MY LIFE.

I was one of the lucky ones who, way back in 1981 waited all day for MTV to go live. My friends and I were glued to the TV. As 1984 and '85 New Wave hits ( along with Miami Vice), became increasingly synthetic, so did the appreciation for anything electronic. No doubt if FM Attack was around back then, we'd be seeing a video, and a really cool segment on Miami Vice. I listen to feel young! Brings me back to high school days!

All the magic, sweetness, innocence of the 80's is boiled down in this song... Why EVERYTHING today seems so CRAP? Why EVERYTHING FROM THE 80'S seems so magical? Was there any REAL progress and advancement in ANY aspect of western culture in the last 30-40 years, EXCEPT for technological?....

There was no facebook, social media & internet. It was the cold war & many were still happy knowing that a nuke could bomb them anytime.It was the rise of synthesizers so many artists explored and gave them awesome synth cheese...and many more

Its rare that songs make me think of specific people, but this one makes me think of my (narcissistic) ex-girlfriend from college and how long it took me to get over her (cause, well, when you're young and think you're in love, your brain kinda turns to mush). Great song/album…AND of all the Synthwave bands I’ve listened to (although technically I wouldn’t consider FM attack “Synthwave”, I found them on a Synthwave playlist) this one and especially this album actually sound like something you would have heard in the 80’s. This whole album has a very early/mid-80’s “Vince Clark” synthpop sound to it. If someone played this for me and told me it was some project Vince Clark did between Yazoo and Erasure in 1984, I wouldn’t doubt it for a second. It has that 80’s analogue vibe to it.
