Have you ever had a player that looks amazing but doesn't perform regularly? How about your superstar who is always injured?
Well there is an actual reason behind that. Within FM22 there are hidden attributes for every single player that include things such as consistency, injury proneness and the ability to handle pressure.
In today's video we take a deep dive into what these hidden attributes are in Football Manager but also what to look out for on Scouting Reports!

I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

I'd be interested to see the difference in careers between an average player with perfect hidden attributes and a top player with average hidden attributes.

A really good video, I had no idea how hidden attributes worked or that they were such a big deal. Will be rethinking some of signings and team selections I think 😅

I think it’s definitely worth keeping that sort of thing in mind. For me, it plays a a huge part in player recruitment

Consistency dont work like u say, it works in 25 games if a player have 20 consistency he will play at the maximum CA in 20 games of this 25, if he have 10 consistency he will play at the maximum CA in 10 games of this 25. Even if a player have 20 consitency, he will play 5 games caped.

Could you explain half the and post match team talks. Specifically what I want to know is what does "assured, convinced, looked to gain confidence mean" etc mean. Can't find any relevant information about it. Am convinced if I give an angry team talk, that will feed into doesn't enjoy big matches. Also shouts. Anything after "praise, demand more, show some passion and get creative" never get a good response. Finally in the happiness section is it possible to raise treatment by the manager about satisfied/OK when they are happy with everything else?
