Truckers we need to get rid of the sap and clearinghouse it should be up to the courts to determine if you need a program !!!!

I had to pay almost 800$ to get this shit situated. Everybody does “clearinghouse” now. I’m just glad my new employer worked with me to get me back on the road

This website has way too much security. Even if you get into it, the website will quickly kick you out of it. This is a joke. I have been trying to get this thing to work since February.

Chris, I agree! The worst part for us as a TPA is that we cant help our customers and cant do it for them. Our hands our tied. The most we can do is these videos, and try to walk you through the process. Vertical Identity

how do you submit pre employment or annual drug and alcohol screen? for owner operator

You dont submit a pre-employment or annual drug screen negative screen. Only positives, refusals to test and a few other reasons to report - but reporting is only done when its a violation. You are required to run a query in the clearinghouse pre-employment and annual to see if a new driver has a positive PRIOR drug or alcohol test.
