Pt was on rosuvastatin inspite of getting rosuva his ldl was 190 what will be next best management Best ans was niacin Coz if pt already on rosuvastatin no role of atorva, Gemfibrizil is a triglycerides lowering agent so ruke out Clopidogrel has no action coz no mi manisfestation Ans is niacin coz it's a good HDL enhancer and lowering agent for ldl and triglycerides

Withdrawal we use bzd and clonidine For relapse of opioid addiction we use naltrexone For opioid intoxication we use naloxone
