Sorry to say but the question was different and the options were totally different but as per recall no one can give exact questions and options so.. Students don't feel like you have marked wrong ans just hope for the best❤

In adenoidectomy ... In question it was mentioned with chronic discharge from ear and mouth breathing child.... Adenoidectomy alone was not an option

(1) One person score is 800/800 in shift 1 ... average score of that shift is 200 (2) Average score of shift 2 is 300 Normalisation score ---- > 250 .. 200 will be treated as 250 ( shift 1 ) ... 300 will be treated as 250 ( shift 2) ..... Juvenile nasopharyngeal angifibroma , the option given was something starting with F i had no idea , so im not sure if that was right or wrong 😢

Basically, gardenigo syndrome is due to cholestoma invading the petrous nerve thru temporal bone so the ans was “petrositis” Petrositis also known a Gardenigo syndrome
