Sir one question about nitroglycerin patch how many days use which one is crt Options: a) 24 hrs use continuously b) 7 days use continuously c) use 24 hrs withdrawal for 8-10 hrs d) use 48 hrs continuously

It was mostly u can use upto 8-10 hours becoz there should be nitrate free time which is 6-8 hours... So i think option C is correct

C . Nitro patch needs 12 hours of OFF time to prevent tachyphylaxis

I think for 2nd question bicarbonate value was not given but there was lots of other values. Is it possible to derive bicarbonate from other value? Or derive metabolic or respiratory acidosis? Ph and pCO2 was definately given

In myasthenia gravis 3rd Q.. If there is Antibody present in option, then why that will be Not ans for Best to confirm diagnosis??? Sir?? If we have to diagnose best, then we can do antibodies na sir.. why SFEMG?? Kindly explain Resp. Sir

@@dr.juberthakor2891 listen to RR . MG can be present without antibodies. Electrodiagnostic tests are done to prove decremental muscle power

Bro this is because sfemg is most sensitive test whereas anti ach is most specific
