1:14:15 sir easy to remember is boutonniere is a floral pin.. and to hold it while pinning it on coat.. we need to position our finger joints as in boutonniere deformity.. we remember this for life now.

I'm still wondered about acute pancreatitis and option ectopic pregnancy, Cullen's sign more seen in ectopic pregnancy then in acute pancreatitis. Thanks a lot sir❤️

There is no such association of sign being more seen in one particular condition. Ectopic pregnancy rupture causes hypovolemic shock and a crashing patient

Sir, they also mentioned the reference value for protien and LDH in lights criteria question. Either one of the positive criteria is enough to make diagnosis of exudate, right ? (So, Can we just exclude because of glucose in option?) and there was only one option which met with the criteria.

Sir in question no. 2. Cant there be a chance of PEA (Pulseless electrical activity) so i thought D . checking carotid pulse would be an appropriate option .

PEA is opposite side of algorithm where ECG does not have VT or VF and is non shockable rhythm. The Q mentioned DC shock already given to the patient implying shockable rhythm. Post a shock CPR is to be given

No Doctor Christian had a VT for which he was implanted with ICD and discharged. He would never play again and his career as footballer is over. In this Q there was Bradyarrhythmia for which pacemaker is required
