8:36 This somewhat breaks my heart. Mary Schmidt went through a lot up to this point, having seen murder as a child, and only capable of getting a job as a night guard, and then this message appears and rips my heart into two after knowing all of the storyline.

@@smoke1nmirrors Whether she truly is Mike's sister, I don't know. But up this point in her life, she's gone through so much from childhood to this point. The way the games are released, it tells Mary's life backwards. So in FNAC 3, she suffers from trauma due to seeing a man murdered, causing her to go to therapy. On top of that, when she tries to sleep, she has to fend on Monster Cat and Rat, but also from Vinnie, a puppet who claims everything was taken away from him due to her, and a shadow monster. In FNAC 2, she loses a bet against friends in which she must spend 5-6 (?) (based on whether after game is done) in an abandoned factory. Of course she survives, but if you lost, she's obviously killed, which hurts after playing FNAC 3 and knowing her earlier childhood. In FNAC 1 and this remake, if you complete all nights, she's fired in the end. So, on top of having been in a traumatic experience, being bullied by friends, in her job when the power goes out, she literally reflects her childhood, which could not been more traumatic from the games.

So here's my question. We know Vinnie is possessed by the puppeteer from FNAC 3. RAT and CAT are probably possessed by the actors that were killed in FNAC 3. And Candy and Cindy are possessed by the twins that died in these cutscenes. So, what about Chester, the Penguin, Blank, and Old Candy?

Impressive that Emil Macko recorded new lines altogether for the messages. The new messages really are much clearer, more informative, and have personality. I hope it's okay to say, though, I think the camera feeds/recordings were much more uneasing and intimidating in Monsieur Macko's first work. The font in the fifth recording here looks very much like a Scooby Doo extract, both in the font itself and the way it's animated. The original really scares; the font being jagged and scratched, and the flickering in and out upsetting. The exception being for Night 2. The children's laughter and the grinding sounds are more immersive and horrific than I can even put to words.

Yeah... It's like, out of all the others, he (and CAT in the next game) is the most vicious, aggressive and animalistic of the animatronics. No wonder poor little Mary still has some leftover trauma related to him.

is creppy the cutscene from night 2 cus in the story of the game one brother and one sister got killed by rat getting putted in a mechanic parts machine from the factory in the cutscene you hear how the kids die being crushed by the machine is so creepy
