You have to go to the Bones of the model, and there you can move any part you want, the annoying thing is having to look for it, but you can find it quickly

How do you move the jaw on the models there is no bone for it

In these models that I used, there are only a few bones, the rest are hidden, you have to enter the model information and look for the jaw or the eyes and ears for example
