Glitchtrap didn't exist till FNAF 3 where the company discovered Springtrap where they had the chance to take Scan or take Springtrap's motherboard before leaving him at Fazbear Frights. (Based on the books) Thou in the game Glitchtrap was Glitchbonnie trapped in the Fazbear Frights's old arcades machines.
