On the trial, you dont need to use edison, you can use that weird button in newtone that makes it so you can hear it through the playlist, then you disable all playlist sounds, and have the audio in the playlist the same length as the one in newtone, then press save as mp3 or wav or whatever.

I COME BACK WITH SOME USEFUL INFO ON NEWTONE!!! 1) In Newtone, Select 'Cut Mode' and get all the 'notes' in a straight line by highlighting all of them (Ctrl + Drag LMB) and clicking on the piano roll to the left for where you want them all to be flattened to. This saves time instead of having to constantly scroll up or down for a sample that is off screen. 2) Now, since they have all been flattened to a pitch, simply highlight each 'note' that has your vowel (Ctrl + Drag LMB again) and then merge them by simply clicking them (Ctrl + LMB) Congratulations, you have saved yourself a shit ton of time. Like, an ungodly amount of time. Till we meet again! UPDATE: 1/10/23 HELLO I'M BACK AGAIN! THIS TIME TO SPEED UP YOUR PROCESS EVEN FASTER! Tired of having to fix EACH note in the long scale you put down, and dragging each note up and down one by one? WORRY NO MORE! 1) Instead of copy and pasting each vowel multiple times in the playlist, copy and paste them in Newtone instead. Get your 4 samples, fix em up, drag em along the scale, pitch correct them, then copy them, click next to the last note, and then paste them. The samples will be automatically highlighted, so just drag em up. Do it again to make the 12 notes to make an octave. 2) Then, select that octave, and repeat step 1. KERBLAM! you saved even MORE time!

at 1:44 Instead of doing..that you can actually just select everything (CTRL A) and then click the key (for example c4 or c5) oh and you technically don't need to combine samples with the pointer finger you can just use CTRL Left click and select samples you wanna drag to other keys

Basically, I skipped the chromatic scale tutorial cuz I found a better one a few months ago sooo... my chromatic scale starts with #C2 and has 77 samples/77 markers. So the question is... 1. Do I need to start with "60" at the key range (somewhat it's already filled and starts with "0-48")? 2. Do I have to leave it "0-48" when it's already filled?

Hello I have a question. I sliced the chromatic, it sounds from C5 to the higher notes. But for some reason, when I export the samples, the samples that are exported sound from C5 and they keep going down the pitch instead of what they sound like on the Chromatic. How do I fix that?

You see, when im going to set the key range on the instrument, for some reason all the sample root keys are 60 instead of going from 60 and onward How do i fix that?
