Here is my teory: ice bear was surviving whith panda until grizly that was infected atacked them infectin ice bear and infect panda's arm then panda quickly ran away letring them in the house but grizzly escaped letting ice bear there until pibby came to the cave.

Lemme see if I get the story straight (Also throwing in some headcanon) Grizz and Panda are no where to be seen, As Pibby Explores the 3 Bear Brothers House, as She Looks around she sees A Polar Bear with a Mask get up, throwing his Axe At her as she tries to reason believing he’s a Survivor like her, till revealing he’s one of *Them..*
