The Mysterious broadcast can be heard upon installation of Old World Blues. It appears to originate from the crashed satellite at the Mojave Drive-in.

Seeing new players barely come across this game makes me sad and jealous, I remember when I first played new Vegas and all of the DLC’s back in 2012. It was so amazing and unforgettable❤️

God damn I hated OWB, but this playlist made me want to try it again. I don't know yet, how I will cope with the rerunning of the school segment 3 times in a row... but I want to give it another try. The only thing I think OWB did good is dialoge (with the brians)

I think FNV was the best influence I ever had in my life. I was a stupid edgy teenager with a one minute attention span when it came out. FNV and expecially this DLC made me interested in science and electronics, now my passion for almost 10 years.

This is the only radio frequency that I never willingly turned off, for the entirety of Old World Blues. Made it harder for me to tell if there were enemies nearby, but I didn't care, the music was so good.

It's completely a bleak, depressing DLC however. I can't ever play radio when I play Lonesome Road. Same goes for Dead Money. It just does not fit the atmosphere.

I see comments that praise this music for being 'oddly fitting' and I must say I agree. It gives me the vibe of these pre war scientists, so busy at work and not focused on the escalations of the USA and China and then their whole world is thrust into dust clouds and radiation. The facility they worked so diligently in has become their home. Their only refuse against a hopelessly wrecked land. And the radio still plays their favorite music...

Big MT, the place that had the potential to stop the great war or restore the wasteland but is too batshit insane to bother (along with the fact they don't really know about the rest of the wasteland). The amount of trust I have in the Think Tank doing literally anything was so small that it'd be better to leave them to making light switches that wanna fuck you and genocidal toasters. Best DLC 10/10

For sure it’s funny as hell I am 11 turning 12 I stumbled upon the fallout series when I was in 4th grade I started playing new Vegas in July 2020 I beat the game and did old world blues loved it dead money hated it first time second time loved it the dlcs are amazing

I think Old World Blues is my #1 favorite Fallout DLC ever. The other New Vegas DLC's are good too, there's Dead Money, which strips you down and you actually feel like you're being hunted. Honest Hearts is basically about seeing the good in people i guess, Lonesome Road finishes the story of Courier 6, and Old World Blues is the weird one.

I played through most of 3 and Nv without realizing the pip boy had its own radio lol. Until fallout 4, where radio on became mandatory.

Thank you Mysterious Broadcast for not letting me go insane in a villa themed haunted 200 year old closed Casino and a crater filled with weapons, lobotomized people, failed horrible experiments and mad scientists. Also the sax and piano are pure fire dude

The very best DLC of any Fallout game ever. Even today, I'll like to sometimes boot up NV and load the save game I have right before the first conversation with the Think Tank, and explore Big MT all over again.

@@conankay2452Not really! Big MT was a place full of secrets and mysteries. Plus, as long as it is, the first conversation with the Think Tank is it’s own flavour of wacky fun madness within the craziness that is Fallout, lol. Plenty of good laughs dealing with those bonkers robots.
