Learn how to sculpt foam into Halloween monster props and even add scales. The HellHound's design is based on the amazing conceptual art created by Miles Teves for the movie: Chronicles of Riddick. An extended written tutorial including pictures and build lists can be found here: www.halloweenforum.com/thread...

Awesome video of an awesome project! When you are bending your PVC, if you cap the ends and fill it with sand, it won't kink as badly, and you can get a smoother bend. This works with copper tubing too.

Just a housewife here with an all-obsessing hobby :) foam material cost was $26 x 8 panels x $20 truck rental = $228. Yeah, the cost took me back but was afraid the white beady foam (though cheaper) wouldn't work as well.

My high school art teacher would abhor the use of projectors, but I've long since stopped listening to such advice. Whatever makes it easier! And you definitely make it look easy, though I KNOW it's nowhere near as simple as you make it. :) Although those scales had to be mind-numbing to cut. Great job, Terra. Truly amazing work. Rich

Yes, I got the Glidden Gripper at Home Depot. I got the Hell Hound figure over at eBay. It's a two-part set from the movie Chronicles of Riddick. Search here at KZfaq for 'Turmoil in the Toybox Riddick' and you will see a full review of the toy. If you still need pictures then message me with your email and I'll send it off to you. But, having the toy in your hand will make it much easier.
