I have the same system, except with an Esoteric N-01XD streamer and a C2700 pre-amp rather than a C12000. It really sounds great. I changed out my Harbeth SHL5+HDs (which sounded great!). The Scallas provide a fuller and more detailed sound. Great with the McIntosh gear.

Es un equipo de sonido excepcional, hermoso y muy potente. Es una pena muy grande que en México ya no existan estos equipos. Lo único que hay son las ridículas bocinas verticales.

What makes these speakers sound good are the crossover’s Focal Used in the speakers. Check the sensitivity on these speakers. If it is 92db to 96db you can successfully power these with almost any amplifier. Even with a 25 watt tube amplifier. 👍
