Sir, thank you so much for this video! It is very educational most especially for us student nurses. I would never forget how much of a struggle it was to write an FDAR with a limited time during our very first exposure in the ward. Now, I believe and I'm truly thankful that we were able to enhance our skills in making FDARs through our RLE and the guidance of our clinical instructors. In the focus, the thing to be putted here is the main focus or the problem that you want to solve.
