1) Find what distracts you ( mobile, tv, social media, people's etc) 2) Do less 80/20 principle (do most imp work first) 3) Decide result first 4) Be full concentrated (Flow state) 5) Find a right time 6) Don't try to make focus, Make it habbit (focous on one thing, Meditation or etc) 7) Balance brain power (make your brain pationate about your work) 8) Minimize mobile phone or screen time 9)Say yes to your imp work and no to waste 10) Don't procrastinate
