For some reason, I can't extend mine to the max as hard as I try. It only extends to the first level. There a way to fix that, or is it just broken?

No Worries. For each level you will have to twist to unlock and pull up. and to lock it to the height that you want twist it to lock it. You Got This. 👍😃

@@itsreginatv yes, that is what I'm trying to do, but it is very hard. Almost like it's stuck when I extend it up to the first level. Ima try some more

With each level you have to twist extender pole, pull up, twist opposite way to lock to that height. 2nd level twist pole to unlock it pull up twist opposite way to lock to 2nd height.etc. Hope this helps
