Coach I’m interested in learning more and the convergence into your half court defense

There are different ways to convert back to your half court defense, but we typically "fixed it" and got matched up in man-to-man. You could fall back to a zone defense as well. We would run a drill or drills where we would press and then get matched up and play live down and back. We had a few other ways to teach it as wel.
