In this video they were testing alot of things before the airplane was ready for public show flying. this video was made in APRIL of 2023!

Would really liked to just have heard the engine running without the music. This happens so often in these videos. But, still better than most.

Did you watch the full video there are alot of moments where the plane is running full throttle woth 0% music

@@PepinCar Sorry but no because it started with music that took away from the natural sounds of the engine start up and run. Its your video but the music was a turn off especially disappointing when its a unique aircraft

Try 8:36 there are more startups like it in the 23 minute video. Its hard not to make a good enjoyable video with some good music and the some good moments where there is no music. Just pure engine on full throttle on a chain. Around 18:30 there is another good bit

Moment with some tension, at 13:30 , the engine coughs back through the carburettor. 18:58 shows we have an beasty pulling force, the machine wants to jump foreward. Overall it was an increadible performance building it 100% from scratch, starting in thin-air... Very well done team van Egmond!

damn right its a beast. you can feel the earth shake when it runs on a chain like that. and coghs of the engine make you feel it in your chest

They were immediately cleared and armed and sent into battle by the Finns during the Winter War of 1939. They were excellent hunters who received their baptism of fire over the densely Finnish woods against the Russians.

This is à built from scratch ww2 fighter that vanished totally. Replaced by Axis aircraft,then allied ones with the result that the remaining f21's were all scrapped. I beleive this was built from surviving plans and possibly incorporates refurbished original bits n bobs. Overall, a wonderful achievement and legacy!

What a beautiful and wonderful airplane....too bad for the music.....that's music for me and many other people who want to hear the pure engine close up sound....nonetheless beautiful

Agree - music sucks. Please, the only music needed here are the sounds of aviation - helped a bit by a quality noise cancelling microphone. Good visuals, and that matters.

Skip to 8 min there are parts of the engine running at full power and no music! Just watch the video or skip through

Becouse of wind some sounds were bad. The flying shots had only wind and not mutch of the airplane
