The donut, also known as a ring pad, is a bandaging technique that can be used to immobilise impaled objects.
1) Fold the triangular bandage in a 3-fold cravat (narrow bandage)
2) Make a loop at the center of the triangular bandage
3) Grab the first end, wrap it around the loop, tuck the tip
4) Wrap the other end around the ring pad, keep pulling before wrapping around
5) Tuck the loose ends
