Thank you for your encouragement and taking the time to share your wisdom. It’s been 5 months since I noticed my hernia and it is healing slowly, but healing praise the Lord. It has definitely been a roller coaster of anxiety, depression and joy. I covet your prayers - all things possible through Christ who strengthens me! God bless you brother, Tim from northern california.

Hey Logan! Thank you for all your efforts in sharing your journey and hernia treatment options over the past several years. I've been watching all your videos from the 'get go', and you are the greatest!!! I'm on year five with my right-side inguinal hernia, now the size of a softball. I've been wearing the popular hernia belt non-stop and will continue for the foreseeable future. Surgery is out of the question for me, as I am 70 and have other health issues that prevent that surgery from happening. So, the only real relief I can find each day is at night, in bed. As long as I'm flat on my back, it goes totally in. Exercises help to an extent but certain exercises actually make it worse. So, I just deal with it each day as best I can. I refuse to live out my life 'flat on my back', I've always been extremely active and intend to remain active as long as I can. Anyway, keep up the good work! I love all your videos and continue to look forward to your next video that might include information that may be even more helpful for others in similar circumstances as myself. Take care, and God Bless !!!!

Thank you for your message. This encouraged me a lot. I’m really glad to hear you’ve benefitted from my videos in one way or another. I’m sorry to hear about your hernia situation; I know it’s a hard thing to go through. To give you some encouragement, try to remember, Jesus is Master over your body, and with one simple command He can heal you. So try to have faith, brother, and ask Jesus if He will heal you. I will also be praying for you to be healed. And if He chooses not to heal you right away, He has a good reason, one that is for your good and His glory. I hope to make more videos in the future, so keep a look out! Thank you, God bless you too!

I appreciate you Grant. I’ve had something I’ve been dealing with and I’m not sure if it’s a hernia or not. But it really seems like it’s an inguinal hernia. I love working out and it kind of has thrown me off to not be able to workout like I want to. Thanks for your time spent making these videos to shed some light on the situation. I hope your hernia stays in and you continue to have a successful and healthy life. I’m like you, I’m just going to try and do what I can and trust God.

Thanks for the the videos they are encouraging….my hernia that is a lot like yours was seems to be getting worse. I am trying to loose a bunch of weight hoping that will take away a lot of the pressure and maybe some of the material that might be poking through. My roller coaster has been pretty much all down hill but I am hanging in there. Thanks again.

Thanks 🙏 Grant. My right inguinal hernia is too bad for natural healing but I am definitely into going natural first on everything. I’m back in the USA and I’ll be getting robotic hernia surgery September 1st. Looking forward to it after putting up with this doozie of a herney for a year or so. The doctor said about 1 in 50 operations don’t work out well, so I’m glad odds are in my favor. He’s doing both sides, saying that if he doesn’t I will most likely get a bad hernia on the other side, as the wall there is weak. Glad to hear yours is doing well.

Hey, Gio. Good to hear from you. I’m sorry to hear that, but I’m glad you’ll be better before long. I’ll be praying for your surgery and for a miraculous healing in the meantime. As far as the weakness in your tissues, just a suggestion if you’re not doing this already, id start taking a lot of collagen and collagen producing foods, as well as detoxing and doing castor oil packs. Based on my research, even if you still end up getting the surgery, these things will help with the healing process post surgery and will help prevent future hernias. God bless!

You’re welcome! I hear ya. I did wear a hernia belt off and on over the years, but it wasn’t very effective for me since the hernia I had would slide down into my scrotum instead of push straight out. But I’m glad to hear hernia belts help you!

Shalom Brother, Please tell me one thing that you kept working out during your healing period or not? I mean calisthenics like push-ups, pull-ups, squats or martial arts. Found out I have a inguinal hernia they’re just watching it for now. Weird thing nothing pops out maybe under different layers still. What’s the first thing I can do as far as trying to begin to heal it? I already watch what I eat I’m kind of at that early stage of disappointment the why stage lol
@GrantMeTopics
@GrantMeTopics 2 жыл бұрын
I’m sorry to hear that, but be encouraged because based on what you’ve told me I think you have a good chance of never having any real issues with it if you’re proactive at this stage, especially since it hasn’t popped out. The first thing is try to believe that the hernia will heal. Mindset is crucial. The other thing is, try to start massaging with castor oil and/or do castor oil packs. Castor oil is great for healing deep tissues. Also, start doing the stomach vacuum core exercise I show and walk as much as you can. I hope this helps. And please be aware, this advice is based on my own experience, but I am not a medical professional so my advice should be taken at your own risk.

@@GrantMeTopics Hello, I have read that "walk as much as you can." But when you walk a lot, I think the hernia will fall down due to the force of gravity, right?
@GrantMeTopics

Correct, so you may have to use a hand to keep pressure on it if a hernia truss or KT tape doesn’t work.
